1. Scope of Services
KERIMEFODIH Web Labs GmbH ("we", "us", "the Company") provides digital services including but not limited to custom website development, web application development, e-commerce setup, API integration, SEO optimization, UI/UX design, performance optimization, and website maintenance. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are involved.
2. Order Process
Submitting an order form on our website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation by KERIMEFODIH Web Labs GmbH via email. Payment terms, project scope, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices in euros (€). Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to project commencement. Payment is due according to the schedule agreed in the project contract. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects that exceed the agreed scope.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for their project. KERIMEFODIH Web Labs GmbH retains the right to use third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools subject to their respective licenses. We retain the right to reference the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any necessary content, credentials, or third-party access required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of KERIMEFODIH Web Labs GmbH.
6. Limitation of Liability
KERIMEFODIH Web Labs GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project contract.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany.
